All proposals must respond to requirements, but in competitive marketplaces, they also have to communicate value, build confidence, and clearly demonstrate why your firm is the right choice.

In this session, we'll explore how firms can strengthen their proposal strategy by defining and communicating a compelling, unique value proposition, creating a consistent brand voice, and positioning themselves beyond fee-based competition.

We'll discuss practical approaches to proposal messaging, visual presentation, storytelling, and strategic differentiation, along with ways to align marketing, business development, and technical expertise to create more persuasive submissions. Attendees will leave with actionable ideas for elevating proposal quality, reinforcing brand credibility, and improving their chances of winning work.

Cancellations made 48-hours prior to the event will be fully refunded.  Due to our commitment with the meeting facility for food and beverage quantities, all other cancellations or no-shows will be invoiced for the full cost of the event.
