Join us for the highly anticipated annual Holiday party on January 29 from 4:00 - 6:00pm at InJoy Golf in Lancaster, PA!

The holidays are a perfect time to gather with our community and reflect on the year's achievements as a chapter and for our members and guests. We'll continue the celebration with food, drinks and entertainment.

Parking:
Guest parking is available in the spots directly along InJoy Golf's building (not the hotel). Additional parking is available in the lot across New Holland Ave at Quips Pub.

Activities:
Golfers are welcome to bring their own clubs if they prefer. Other simulator games will also be available during the event.

This year, we’re proud to support the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank and are excited to host a food drive in their honor. To help make an impact, we’re asking for in-kind donations to be brought to the holiday party, with each person encouraged to bring at least three of the suggested items listed below.

Suggested Items:
Peanut butter; pop-top canned soups, stews, and vegetables (corn, green beans, peas, beans); canned fruit; tuna; chicken; ravioli; SpaghettiOs®; spaghetti and meatballs; pasta sauce and noodles (especially spaghetti and macaroni); boxed cereal; oatmeal; granola bars; mac and cheese dinners; rice; pasta helpers; boxed grains; 100% juice in pouches or bottles; cooking oil; other dry, shelf-stable food items; and unopened personal hygiene or household cleaning items.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48-hours prior to the event will be fully refunded.  Due to our commitment with the meeting facility for food and beverage quantities, all other cancellations or no-shows will be invoiced for the full cost of the event.

Photos are frequently taken at our chapter events.  The SMPS Central PA Chapter has the right to use photos from our events for any purpose, including but not limited to use in publications, on social media, in the newsletter, promotional materials, or on our website.
