Author of the Insider’s Guide to SF254/255 Preparation, which was later updated with the Insider’s Guide to SF330 Preparation, Nancy has worked inside A/E firms, served them as an outside consultant and has conducted SF330 package reviews and SF330 training sessions. She also helps federal pursuit teams develop and implement successful position strategies and proposal plans. Nancy is a Fellow of SMPS from the Dallas Chapter, and also writes, speaks, coaches, and consults on marketing and management issues faced by A/E/C firms.

This informative meeting will teach you how to position your firm in the federal marketplace and how to optimize the required federal forms to pursue any opportunity across the nation. Part 1: Project Identification and Positioning In Part 1, Nancy will cover project identification and positioning as it relates to firms in Pennsylvania. She will expand on how to uncover and sort through federal leads.

Part 2: Rev Up your SF330 In Part 2, Nancy will focus on how to improve your SF330 form. She will cover best practices for content development, reviews, and presentation to make your form stand out, but conform to the template standards.
